Return policy

At Gymmies, we prioritise the quality of our products and our customers' satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our product, we have a specific return policy. You may request a return only if there is a product quality issue.

Quality Issue Returns

Return Process

  • Once your request is accepted for a quality issue, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange the return. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • You can always contact us for any return question at hello@gymmies.co.nz and we will be more than happy to help you.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for a quality issue was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return for a quality issue, please contact us at hello@gymmies.co.nz.

30-day Money Back Guarantee

At Gymmies, we stand by the quality of our creatine gummies and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

Eligibility for a refund:

  • The guarantee applies within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • You may return one opened pack for a full refund. Additional packs must be unopened and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued only for the returned packs, meaning if you purchased a 3-pack and opened all three, only one will be eligible for a refund. The other two must be returned unopened for a full refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

How to request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at hello@gymmies.co.nz with your order number.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds are not granted for bulk orders (e.g., 6+ packs) unless there is a product defect.
  • Any products returned beyond the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund. We are happy to review any requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • Only products purchased directly from Gymmies are eligible for a refund.
